Description:
This project included the reconstruction of a dam spill box using steel sheet piles and the reconstruction of the shoreline using vinyl sheeing piling and new dewatering spill box, pouring of a new concrete slab and outflow structure, with sheet piling and rip rap.  N-Powell Company acted as a subcontractor for S. Powell Construction on this project, commissioned by the Norfolk district of the United States Army Corps of Engineers.
